Cultural Arts Council Douglasville / Douglas County Biannual Local Lenses Juried Photography Exhibit. Impartial, non-cac-affiliated judges will determine the award recipients. The CAC Gallery Committee holds rights to final executive adjudication. Join us for the opening reception on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be announced at the opening reception and the People’s Choice award will be announced at the end of the exhibit. Awards are generously sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
